Interventional
This is a first-in-human, multicenter, open-label, phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, PK, PD and preliminary efficacy of STX-0712 in patients with advanced CMML and AML for whom there are no further treatment options known to confer clinical benefit.

CTFFR and Prediction of Non-Significant CAD Lesions

20 years - 80 years
All genders
Interventional
In this prospective cohort study, 250 patients with suspected or known CAD and at least one intermediate coronary lesion (50-70% stenosis) who had a NiFFR value greater than 0.80 underwent coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) with NiFFR assessment. Patients were followed for one year to monitor for MACE
Mismatched Unrelated Donor Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation With Post-Transplantation Cyclophosphamide (ACCESS)

Mismatched Unrelated Donor Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation With Post-Transplantation Cyclophosphamide (ACCESS)

1 year or above
All genders
Phase 2
Interventional
This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis. This trial will study how well this treatment works in patients with hematologic malignancies.
