With vastly improved survival for babies born with congenital heart disease (CHD), there is increasing attention on long-term outcomes in adulthood, especially those born with severe forms of CHD. One area of intense research is liver disease in Fontan patients, the nature of which is incompletely understood. It is known …
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of an experimental medication PLN-74809 to treat primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a rare, long-term liver disease affecting the bile ducts (small tubes) inside and outside the liver. Participants will visit the study center 8 times within 22 weeks. …

The study drug BMS-986263, is investigational. An investigational drug is one that is not approved by the United States Food and …
This trial studies how well pevonedistat alone or in combination with chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) works in treating patients with bile duct cancer of the liver. Pevonedistat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as …
Liver metastases are a leading cause of death among patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. Duration of disease control is short following 2nd-line or later systemic therapy. Liver-directed therapy such as TACE has a higher response rate and improves PFS, but the benefit is still limited. Cancer cells escape ischemic cell …
In this study, subjects diagnosed with liver cancer undergo the HepQuant SHUNT diagnostic assay as a means to determine liver function. The results of this assay will potentially inform radiation treatment.
