CD24Fc for the Prevention of Acute Graft Versus Host Disease (GVHD) Following Myeloablative Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) (MK-7110-005) (CATHY)
18 years - 99 years
All genders
Phase 3
Interventional
The study compares two acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) prophylaxis regimens: CD24Fc/tacrolimus / methotrexate (CD24Fc/Tac/MTX) versus placebo/tacrolimus / methotrexate (placebo/Tac/MTX) in the setting of myeloablative conditioning (MAC), matched unrelated donor (MUD) allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in participants with acute leukemia (AML/ALL) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
Assessment of Chronic Lung Allograft Dysfunction Using Single-Breath & Multi-Breath Hyperpolarized Xenon 129 MRI
18 years - 90 years
All genders
The research study is being conducted to determine the effectiveness of using hyperpolarized xenon-129 (HP 129-Xe) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosing and predicting the clinical course of patients who received lung transplantation.
18 years - 99 years

A study to evaluate posoleucel (ALVR105); an allogeneic, off-the-shelf multi-virus specific T cell therapy that targets six viral pathogens: BK virus, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, human herpesvirus 6 and JC virus. We would like to rely on WCG as the IRB of record for this study.

Use of an HIV+ deceased donor could increase the risk of death, transplant-related or HIV-related complications; alternatively with effective antiretroviral treatment and careful HIV+ donor selection, these risks may be comparable to kidney transplant using an HIV-negative donor. We hypothesize that receiving a kidney transplant from an HIV+ donor will …
EVALUATION OF PATIENT OUTCOMES FROM THE KIDNEY ALLOGRAFT OUTCOMES ALLOSURE REGISTRY (KOAR)
99 years or below
All genders
This is a multicenter, non-blinded, prospective observational cohort study of 1000 patients enrolled in an AlloSure testing registry, including 300 patients at centers with planned renal surveillance biopsies at 12 months post-transplantation. The other 700 patients will be from centers that do not perform protocol surveillance biopsies. This registry study …
 Sample Collection for Prospera Enhancement
18 years - 99 years
All genders
Interventional
The research study is being conducted to learn how well a test called Prospera can detect rejection in a transplanted kidney after a biopsy. If results of the biopsy do not indicate rejection, the study team will follow your condition by reviewing your clinical visits for one year, at which …
 BEAT-MS Multiple Sclerosis Trial
18 years - 55 years
All genders
This is a multi-center prospective rater-masked (blinded) randomized controlled trial of 156 participants, comparing the treatment strategy of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (AHSCT) to the treatment strategy of Best Available Therapy (BAT) for treatment-resistant relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will be randomized at a 1 to 1 (1:1) ratio. All participants will be followed …
