Brief description of study

The objectives of the random order crossover design study are to compare the effectiveness of 7- versus 21- meals/week on the primary outcome of malnutrition risk score and secondary outcomes of unplanned emergency department visits or hospital readmissions and on diet quality. The primary outcome is the malnutrition risk score (MST), a 2-item validated survey. The secondary outcomes are emergency department visits and unplanned readmissions, and overall diet quality score.
