Brief description of study

This is a research study to evaluate whether NDX-3315, an investigational diagnostic agent, can be used to detect inflammation (swelling, redness, irritation) in the esophagus. We are inviting participants with confirmed EoE and healthy volunteers to this study. Qualified participants between the ages of 18 and 65 will receive the investigational agent, study-related medical exams, and lab tests. Participants may be compensated.

  • Conditions: Healthy, eosinophilic esophagitis
  • Age: 18 years - 65 years
  • Gender: All
