Brief description of study

The DECAMP 1 PLUS study will expand on previous early detection studies (DECAMP 1 and 2) to improve the efficiency of the diagnostic evaluation of patients with indeterminate pulmonary nodules. This study will investigate molecular, clinical and imaging features that may distinguish benign versus malignant disease among smokers with indeterminate pulmonary nodules in both a screening (Arm 1) and an incidental (Arm 2) clinical setting.
