Brief description of study

This research study is being conducted to determine if diet quality and blood glucose levels in women trying to achieve pregnancy are affected by food insecurity and other social stressors If you agree to participate in the study, you will be asked to complete the following research procedures: collection of blood sample, completion of questionnaires, including 24-hour dietary recalls and wearing a continuous glucose monitor for 7 days. Your participation will be for 1 visit and 3 dietary recalls by phone. Depending on when you become pregnant, your participation will last around 5-17 months.
