SPOTLITE: Study of Surgical Interventions in Complex Fistulizing Conditions (CPF-CD CD-RVF CCF)

Brief description of study
An observational study that aims to collect data over time on the effect of surgery on patient's with a complex fistulizing condition such as:
• complex perianal fistula with Crohn’s Disease (CPF-CD)
• rectovaginal fistula with Crohn’s Disease (CD-RVF), or
• complex cryptoglandular fistulas (CCF).
The study will follow patients prospectively for 24 months after surgical intervention for the fistulizing condition at enrollment, to collect data on short-term and long-term outcomes and impact on Quality of Life.

Have a complex fistulizing condition such as • complex perianal fistula with Crohn’s Disease (CPF-CD) • rectovaginal fistula with Crohn’s Disease (CD-RVF), or • complex cryptoglandular fistulas (CCF). Patients aged ≥18
