Brief description of study

The main goal of this study is to collect blood or buccal (inside the cheek) swab samples from patients with chronic kidney disease and evaluate if our test, Renasight, can help your study doctor to manage clinical care. Your study doctor will decide if your Renasight, test results will be used toward your care management. Renasight is investigational, which means it is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
