Brief description of study
The research study is being conducted to determine the best mode of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) pacing for CRT patients.
Participants will be asked to complete the following research procedure of a transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) prior to their implant.
Detailed description of study
The purpose of this study is to determine the best mode of CRT pacing for CRT patients. The study compares the traditional CRT (Bi-V), CSP only (LBBP), and CSPOT (CSP+LV) pacing.

History of heart failure Participant's doctor recommends cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) either through an implantable cardioverter defibrillator device (CRT-D device), or through an implanted pacemaker device (CRT-P device) for heart failure
