Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to test the ability of a new drug, BGB324, to get into the brain tumor (e.g.by crossing the blood brain barrier) in patients with recurrent glioblastoma who require surgery.

The purpose of this study is to test the ability of a new drug, BGB324, to get into the brain tumor (e.g.by crossing the blood brain barrier) in patients with recurrent glioblastoma who require surgery.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Medical Research
  • Age: 18 years - 99 years
  • Gender: All

History of confirmed Glioblastoma (GBM) Treatment for no more than 2 prior relapses Patients must be 18 years of age or older
