Brief description of study

This study is not open to participants that have not completed the induction study. This treatment plan is for a single patient with gastroparesis who has requested expanded access to tradipitant. Gastroparesis is a condition where the stomach is unable to perform its normal functions. Individuals with gastroparesis have delayed gastric emptying, which means that food moves slower from the stomach to the small intestine. Individuals with gastroparesis can experience a number of symptoms, including: • Nausea • Vomiting (throwing up) • Inability to finish a normal sized meal • Excessive fullness after eating • Pain in the stomach area

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Diabetic & Idiopathic Gastroparesis
  • Age: 18 years - 99 years
  • Gender: All

Identified subject, aged 18 or older; Diagnosed with idiopathic or diabetic gastroparesis by a physician Demonstrated delayed gastric emptying of a solid meal via either scintigraphy or gastric breath test, Presence of nausea symptom for at least 6 months prior to screening, Patient’s gastroparesis symptoms persist despite diet and/or life-style modifications; Patient does not qualify for or does not have access to other clinical trials with tradipitant
