Brief description of study

The overall objectives of the study are to identify 1) the impact of a policy mandate on individual provider implementation of evidence-based practices in community mental health clinics, 2) examine if organizational- and leader-level variables moderate implementation of evidence based practices, and 3) understand the implementation experience from the perspective of low, average, and high performing agencies.
