Brief description of study

This is a multi-center study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, and clinical activity of EQ001 in subjects with Acute Graft Versus Host Disease (aGVHD).

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Graft vs Host Disease,aGVHD,GVHD
  • Age: 12 years - 99 years
  • Gender: All

Male or Female, age 12 or older, Recipients of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) ,clinical diagnosis of acute GVHD
