Brief description of study

The objective of this study is to determine whether apneic oxygenation (nasal cannula 6L/min with FiO2 100%) delivered during laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation, compared with no respiratory support or oxygenation during laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation attempts (standard of care), reduces the magnitude of oxygen desaturation during tracheal intubation encounters in infants greater than or equal to 28 weeks corrected gestational age.
