Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to design, implement, and evaluate a chatbot to support hypertension management communications between the clinical team who support UPHS' Employee Hypertension Program (EHP) and the patients - employees of UPHS. The study population will include all adult patients who are enrolled in the EHP for hypertension management.
