Brief description of study

This study aims to understand the benefits/risks of Entresto in NYHA III-IV patients.

Detailed description of study

Follow up visits include taking study drug (Entresto vs Valsartan), blood work, physical exam, questionnaires, 6 min walk tests, and medication review.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Entresto,heart failure,end stage,blood pressure,heart disease,ejection fraction,cardiology,heart
Age: 18 years - 100 years
