Brief description of study

PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this study is to determine the most efficacious and safest dexamethasone dose given intraoperatively during total knee arthroplasty that reduces postoperative opioid consumption and pain, improves postoperative nausea and vomiting, and minimizes postoperative complications.
