Brief description of study

The participant (astronaut) will enroll in this study because he/she is scheduled for a spaceflight that puts him at risk for developing SANS. This study will monitor ICP and craniospinal compliance by a Miethke M.scio telemetric ICP device. The astronaut will go through centrifuge testing prior to the spaceflight. UPenn will assist with 3 brain and lumbar spine MRIs, and lumbar spines x-rays (pre/post (2) centrifuge testing) to assess CSF leakage and intracranial hypotension.
