Brief description of study
The research
study is being conducted to see if it is possible to gather data from a small
sample of Penn Primary Care patients who agree to wear devices called
“wearables” to measure sleep at home for one night. This is to help obtain
future grant funding.
Detailed description of study
Study participation involves:
1. Completing a questionnaire about your sleep and health
2. Place 2 wearable
sleep devices on your body while you sleep for one night
at home.
Participation will last for about one hour, plus one night of
sleep at home. This study does not offer compensation.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Penn Primary Care patients only,sleep apnea

Age: 30 years - 70 years

Gender: All
Must be a current patient of a Penn Primary Care Practice.
Able and willing to provide consent.Must not be pregnant or lactating.
No current treatment for sleep apnea (no CPAP, BiPAP, use of
supplemental oxygen) or other diagnosed sleep disorders.
