Brief description of study
The purpose of this research study is to compare the performance of the investigational (experimental) tricuspid valve repair system plus optimal drug therapy with optimal drug therapy alone.
Participants will be randomly assigned to treatment with either the TriClip device (device group) or No TriClip device (control group).
Participants will be in this study until they have completed your 5-year follow-up visit.
