Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of SAR441236, a study drug that has not been tested in humans before now. The study will also look at how long SAR441236 stays in the body after one dose and after four doses. It will also look at whether SAR441236 can reduce the level of HIV (the virus that causes AIDS).
