Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to develop a large, biomarker-confirmed, trial-ready cohort to facilitate rapid enrollment into AD prevention trials. Will utilize feeder registries as well as participants with known biomarker status. Enrollment into TRC involves in-clinic evaluation and biomarker confirmation, with additional visits every 6 months. This may require a Florbetaben PET/CT at screening. PET tracer will be delivered to Perelman Radiology & handled according to standard protocol.

Conditions: Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease,Prodromal Alzheimer's Disease,Alzheimer Disease,Dementia
Age: 50 years - 85 years
Gender: All
