Brief description of study

This study will analyze the potential lung protective effect of mild therapeutic hypothermia (TH), similar to that used for cardiac arrest, in ICU patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: acute respiratory distress
  • Age: 18 years - 65 years
  • Gender: All
