Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to collect information and compare the safety and performance of self-expanding (SE) versus balloon-expandable (BE) transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in patients with a small aortic valve.

Study participants will be randomized on a 1:1 basis to receive transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) with either a Medtronic SE or an Edwards BE TAV. Randomization will be stratified by site and gender

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: pacemaker,heart disease,cadiac resynchronization
  • Age: 18 years - 99 years
  • Gender: All
