Brief description of study

This is a research study sponsored by Ancora Heart, Inc. that will assess the safety and feasibility of the AccuCinch® Ventricular Repair System. This investigational (experimental) device is designed to treat patients who are experiencing symptoms of heart failure due to a dilated left ventricle (heart chamber that pumps blood).
